Im so sorry for the lack of updates coz being on leave has weirdly made me more busy! :p I have a truckload of pictures and then it was a hilarious meetup with the Fp babes whom I've known since like forever, and have became fast friends. Although we meet up only once or twice a year - its so cute how we all have so many things to tell each other and before u know it its been hours since we started TALKING!
No wonder men always say women talk alot. Imagine the 5 of us! And we had two who was absent somemore... cannot imagine if all together at the same time.
Here's a small collage of the day we went to Paige's birthday bash. The babies are so cuteeee I feel like pinching all of them again!
We love meeting up friends and playing with their babies! But inevitably the question of "When are u guys getting married?" comes up and Jungle Boy n me end up choking on our food trying to evade tat question.
Sigh. Chinese New Year comes early during such gatherings. :(
And today my gynae told me to hurry up and faster conceive becoz "YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUNGER ANYMORE." Double (-__-)'' sweat.
So I cheekily replied," Gynae bery expensive u noe." only to be replied with my doctor's raised eyebrows and nervous laughter before he quickly shoo-ed me out of the room. Heehe.
And hor.... I joined AMORE..! *jumps up and down*
So exciting coz got swimming pool n I love to swim! But dieeeee.. going to stay dark dark for a long time now.. my BFF calls me _ _ ... < insert nickname here >. U noe.. I noe we dun tell anybody okieee? :p
And.. I went for my second facial in a year!! Okies I admit Im such a disgusting person coz I am so vain blah blah blah but I am too lazy to go for a monthly facial.
And like everyone is telling me.. Im not getting any younger anymore so I better invest inlittle more in my skin. But old habits die hard and I plan to only once every two months..! Kekeke.
Anyways I signed up with the SKII boutique spa at Scotts and its FABULOUSSSSSITY! Really extremely pleased with the professional service and my face was (since a long time!) glowing when I left. Had extractions done but it left no red marks and I could apply makeup there and blow my hair somemore. (Coz abit messy messy after facial)
I had dinner with the girls that night n they cant tell I went for facial! Greatnesss.. me likey.
Hee, I stole a picture from Jac. I heart her camera..! Everybody so glowy glowy somemore.
I also 'stole' a picture of Song Hye Kyo off the internet coz I am so in lurveeee with her hairstyle! Wan to do it for BFF wedding dinner on Sunday but of coz she so darn pretty she can be botak and still be pretty, damnit.
Got to go everyone! Tags to be replied ~ dun scold me.. I noe I bery late! :(
Take care all. God bless.

Jan: Phuket is great to visit at any time of the year. Traditionally, the busiest time is from late October until early April, with the Christmas/New Year period being the absolute peak. During these times you need to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Beach and weather conditions are perfect at this time ideal for diving, sailing too. If visiting at other times of the year, you will benefit from better prices for accommodation and services, and still enjoy wonderful weather. Even during the monsoon period July through to October, short rainsqualls are interspersed with beautiful sunny periods, allowing you to still enjoy the full range of outdoor activities available here. - credit to Phuket Guide.

Please bear with me while I.. fight off jetlag, unpack my bags, reply backlogged emails and plan for yoga sessions..!
All this while disturbing and irritating poor Jungle Boy. :)
I have so many presents that belong to other people in the room now that I cant walk a straight line and not stumble over a nicely wrapped box or paper bag.
Off to 2 baby parties tomorrow and then going to get busy being bridemaids for BFF's wedding thats coming up soon! So excited.
Too many things, too little time. Going on leave too! :D
God bless all and enjoy the rest of the weekend! Take care.
Been so caught up with sleeping off my jetlag and walking the streets of 5th Ave trying to strike items off my shopping list entrusted to me from friends and loved ones. I got so carried away I nearly forgot to shop for myself!
But never mind, shall make a trip down to 31st tomorrow where the big big Forever21 store is.. my absolute love! And then to Coach again for BFF.. coz her item is OOS everywhere so maybe the ulu pandan one at Macy's might still carry it. Keeping fingers crossed.
And did I mention I got a pair of blue fabric slingback Louboutins at half-off in Bergdorf Goodman?? Oh my god I haven been so excited since.. like, forever!
Its been so bloody long since I got anything from the fabulous shoemaker and this is coz it was going at half-price! Nearly fainted in the department store, swear.
I've been wearing slippers for so long I better stop else I will have to learn how to walk in heels all over again.
Been re-watching my favourite Korean (besides Full House) show again and I am really craving for some Bibimbap.
My Husband's Woman
Kim Ji-soo and Hong Joon-pyo are married and already have a son, Kyung-min. Ji-soo is friends with Lee Hwa-young. However, she didn't know at first that her husband Joon-pyo is having an affair with Hwa-young. It was only discovered by Ji-soo's sister Eun-soo, when Hwa-young and Joon-pyo had a kissing scene in the kitchen while everyone was outside in a barbecue party. Eun-soo told the two to keep the affair secret, for she was afraid her frail sister will die once she gets wind of the affair. After Eun-soo threatens to beat Hwa-young up again, Hwa-young decides to tell Ji-soo about "her love for her husband who loved her in return."
I really think every girl should watch this show! Its not the typical Korean drama, - it has illicit love affairs and fierce Korean women in it.. haha! No doubt it was the highest rating show there in 2007.
Okies girls, back to watching my show. Take care all. I'll be back soon!
God bless.

p.s To Fan and every pretty gal here. Look out for exciting new link ups with blogshops soon!
p.p.s Was at church last week and Jungle Boy took a picture of my little friend Joel. Sooooo cute! I oso dunno why the 3 yr old was hanging on to his leg!
I love kids.. they are so smart sometimes I am utterly amazed. Truly, they are such blessings and I wish for every kid to be happy little ones showered with love by all. :)
Questions and Answer Section:
Q: Hi Elaine! What camera are u using? A: Some of the high quality pictures are taken by Jungle Boy and he is using a Nikon D60. The rest of the pics are by my trusty Sony cybershot.
Q: How long have u and Jungle Boy been dating? A: Hahaa.. we are going on to 3yrs soon but looking at a lifetime together, hopefully! :)
Q: What is ur favourite destination? A: I love the States for the plenty of shopping here and the people are so liberal and generous with their compliments! U can walk on the street and a total stranger might go "I love ur hair!" or "Ur top is gorgeous!" out of the blue. Its such a sweet thing to do and a great way to perk someone up.
I am also deeply in love with historical European buildings with so much character and grace. And of coz Im such a sucker for the shopping there becoz I find the women in europe exceptionally effortlessly chic by nature. Paris and Milan are my absolute favourite places in Europe.
I like going Asian countries esp Taiwan, HK and Korean for beauty buys and clothing stops becoz size is not a problem and I love all kinds of street food in those places.
Japan is a place for everything (eating shopping and sightseeing) and I really wonder if there is anyone who doesnt like going there! Heehe!
But for personal holidays, Jungle Boy and me frequent resort places to chill out and enjoy the tranquility. We like private villas but there are many places that cater to each need and budget. Bintan, Koh Samui and Phuket are recent places that we have been to and enjoyed immersely. We look forward to going to the Maldives one day but with Jungle Boy's workload, it was pretty difficult to go for another holiday esp when we had just came back from a recent getaway.
But we love holidays (who doesnt?) and will not hesitant to go somewhere if we get the chance. :)
Q: Is the cle de peau concealer really good? A: I like it becoz its creamy and doesnt settle in my fine lines around my eyes. But the price is a huge deterrent and not everyone is willing to pay for something so small. Before this I was using Covermark and I felt that it was pretty good but a tad dry for my skin. Hths!
Q: What foundation are u using? A: I have been using chanel for a long time but recently I bought a makeup base from Cle de peau. It can be used with or without foundation and I shall do a review on it soon. My usual makeup steps are concealer and application of foundation on parts of my face that I need the most, namely nose and forehead. I apply a light dusting of loose powder ( Laura Mercier and Anna Sui) over the face concentrating on the nose to reduce shine.
Q: How much is ur white watch? A: Its $99, from a shop called EuroTime in Lucky Plaza #02-01.
Q: Did u perm ur hair? A: Hahaha.. no I didnt perm my hair! Although I was contemplating on doing it! But I usually go for a blow when I can spare the time in Singapore. I do it at Jean Yip in Parkway or this dingy little shop in Lucky plaza so obscure tat I cant even remember the salon's name. They cost typically from $25-$30 depending on hair length and are painstakingly blown using hairbrush and hairdryer. No tongs involved. I feel like perming my hair but am hesitant coz Im a scaredy cat! Anyone with niceeee place to intro or recommend me? Thank u!
Q: Elaine, what car did u get? A: Sorry but Im not going to tell after all the furore that I went through previously. I am sadden that people will have something to say regardless what car I got and this is a happy place so I am trying to avoid any negativity.
Regardless what car I am driving, I am still the same person inside n out. :) All I can say that its a small car for a small cute girl like me. *puke n die* Heheheh! :P
Q: Where did u get the frilly cream top with rose? A: I got it from a shop in Century Sq acouple of months back and Im not sure if they still have it. But I saw similar ones at Bugis Junction before. Hths!
Q: What shampoo do you use? A: I use DOVE shampoos becoz they work great for my dry hair and its so affordable too! I love the smell coz I grew up using dove soaps and does anybody rem their old ads where they used yellow litmus paper on their bar of soap..? Keke! I dun buy or use salon brands as I find them expensive and not neccessarily the best too.
Q: Elaine.. what does BFF mean? A: Omg, my BFF n me had a great laugh over the term coz to everyone else its normally "Best Friends Forever" but to us, - being weird people (I mean me) we actually coined the term while making fun of each other.
Im so blessed to have a close knit group of galfriends with the same wacky sense of humour and corny-ness that I so unfortunately possess. To me, they are the ones that keep me grounded and will not hesitant to poke fun of me, fake lashes and all. Through them I realise that boyfriends come and go while friends really do stay together. :) But seriously the answer to ur question is.. "Bad Friends Forever"..! ROFL.
Dear all, I hope I did answer some of ur queries here and like I've said it before and I'll say it again.. please do not hesitant to ask me again if I have accidentally left anyone out.
And yes.. yoga partners ~ email me at sugar_sweet7733@yahoo.com leh! (Yixuan! Calling for Yixuan!) Im looking to sign up at either AMORE or a yoga place near the east side where I live. Anybody interested to go? I would prefer attending classes in the afternoon or late morning. :D
God bless, take care all.
p.s Dear 'Lost', maybe u can email me and we can carry on from there? *hug* :)
p.p.s Polarie.. NYC got no nice nice bread.. just $2 street hotdogs! Ahahhahaa! :p
I need to do this rather quickly coz I have a million things to do later! My new Holy Gail...
Presenting my new concealor :
Cle de peau concealor in Ocher.
My review:
I like it becoz its creamy but it doesnt settle in fine lines, - so girls with dry skin, dun worry. It covers beautifully and goes on smoothly. I dun need alot, just alittle as compared to my other concealor by makeupforever. Its only downside is its pricy tag, but if money is not an issue with u (it is for me!) then u should go ahead n get it.
Retails at $116 and u can get it from the beauty counter at takashimaya. I like the salesgirl there, she was very polite and patient with me. :)
I shall use it sparingly, as a tube of it is rather expensive! I bought a makeup primer too, shall review it at a later date.
I love makeup and I am only willing to splurge on it if it works. However, I buy cheaper eyeshadows (coz I dun use them often) and inexpensive lipglosses. I believe in spending alittle more on skincare, foundations and powder.
Okies, back to eating bread again. Sigh!
God bless, y'all! Have a great weekend ~ Im off to New York soon and I have lotsa packing to do!
Take care.
xoxo elaine
p.s polarie: i treat u eat bread! :p
Questions to be answered shortly! Do leave a tag and I can answer them at once. Thank you! :D
After our usual family dinner, Jungle Boy looked at me with a winkle in his eye and said, "Can I bring u go somewhere special alone?"
And secretly we ended up at ...
Sorry if I look tired.. coz I was! Been out the whole day then such a last minute thing going to the Marina Barrage.
God bless, all. Take good care - Heard something over the radio today while making my way to town.. "There's nothing more precious to ur loved ones than yourself." :D
How true.
xoxo elaine
Questions that have been frequently asked on my tagbox:
Q: Where did u stay in Phuket? A: Its called PHUKET PAVILLION.
Q: How much was ur package? A: We paid ard $900 per person for a 4D3N stay including air tickets n airport transfer.
Q: Wat agency did u go to? A: We booked the tour through HOLIDAY TOURS agency. ADD: 15 CAIRNHILL PLACE TEL: 6734 1818
Q: What should I do in Phuket? A: There are lotsa things to do! Jetskiing n parasailing is a common beach activity besides suntanning in Patong Beach. They typically cost 1000baht each. Besides eating, massage n going to the beach, there are places to go like Phi Phi island tour which takes one day (9am-4pm) and cost around 2900baht per person. There are also cruises (day n night) which takes u to islands by ferry n you can have dinner onboard. They cost ard 2500baht each. We also went to see a ladyboy show called Simon cabaret which has two showing, 7.30pm n 9.30pm (1000baht) and it was very entertaining as well. :)
Q: How much is ur white watch? A: Its from a brand called PRIMO @ Lucky Plaza #02-01, shop is called EuroTime.
Q: What camera are u using? A: Its a Nikon D60.
Q: Where did u get the black top from? (Phuket Day 1 pics) A: I got it on a beach in Koh Samui when I went there for holiday. However, I saw exact ones in Phuket too! So I would think u could get it from Thailand (eg. bkk)or maybe u can try places like Bugis Village here? Hths!
Q: How about ur sunglasses then? A: I got it from a roadside shop in Taipei afew yrs back n they cost only $8! So I treat them like little treasures now coz I cant seem to find exact ones here. But I suggest u go Far east plaza, coz they have a huge array of glasses to suit everyone.
Ok! Last question, elaine!
Q: HAVE U REALLY QUIT BUYING BAGS..??? A: Yes..! And no, actually.
I'll buy one if I like it, but so far nothing has caught my eye. :( Hahaa n Jungle Boy loves it when I come home with nothing too!
I guess I would prefer buying something I really, really like now, rather than buying something just becoz the whole world has it. :/
I dun n wun submit to peer pressure, becoz I am really very poor and cannot afford anything, u noe?
Heee.. so who wan to buy me dinner? I eat anything n everything if u dunno already. ;)
Talking abt food, I hungry again. Basket.... less than 3 weeks to BFF wedding n I haven go on diet yet!
Hi dolly girls! :D Omg I am extremely overwhelmed by all the kind responses and touching emails. Thank u all from the very bottom of my heart, u dunno how much it means to me!
I know I may have ruffled some feathers but cross my heart I had never intend to invoke jealousy or envy in anyone. :(
To me, this is just my very simple day to day life and musings about daily events. There are more glamourous lives that other girls are leading, so go envy them - not me. Im just ur girl next-door working very hard for a living, too. :)
Back to Phuket, shall we? I have many pictureeeees! :D (p.s I had to re-size these pics coz my picture host couldnt manage.)
Day 3
We woke up bright and early on day 3 coz we booked the tour to bring us to Phi Phi island.
A quick breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.
Phi Phi Don was initially populated by Muslim fishermen during the late 1940s, and later became a coconut plantation. The Thai population of Phi Phi Don remains more than 80% Muslim. The actual population however, if counting laborers, especially from the north-east, from the mainland is much more Buddhist these days.
Phi Phi Leh also houses the 'Viking Cave', from which there is a thriving bird's nest soup industry. Ko Phi Phi Leh was the backdrop for the 2000 movie The Beach. There was criticism during filming of 'The Beach' that the permission granted to the film company to physically alter the environment inside Phi Phi Islands National Park was illegal. The controversy cooled down however, when it was discovered that the producers had done such a decent job of restoring the place that it finally looked better than it had done before.
The Phi Phi Islands were also the setting for the hide-out of Scaramanga in the James Bond Film "The Man with the Golden Gun."
The tour to Phi Phi was available everywhere, being the main attraction in phuket. U can book it from ur hotel direct and on the day of ur tour, the company sends a van to pick u up from ur lobby.
Its easy and safe and very convenient. The minivan ride took roughly half an hour from our ulu pandan hotel to the marina club where we were immediately taken in by the blue skies and sound of the sea.
We also thanked our blessings that day coz we were so afraid that it would rain and spoil the tour.
Jungle Boy said that he woke up to thunderstorms the night before and so he prayed for the sun to be out, incase I dun get to go snorkelling and would sulk the whole day. Therefore, most of the credit shall go to him for the beautiful weather. And Im like, wat? *Roll eyes*
At the marine club, waiting to go out to the island.
Reaching the island.
White sand.
Tourguide gave us bread to feed the fishes! I jumped in the water for a snorkel and I saw the fish Nemooo! Hee...was so excited and I couldnt stop talking! Haha think Jungle Boy had to mentally shut off after 3 mins of my chatter.
We spent around half an hour on one island before moving off to the next.
Our boat was in the middle of the sea and suddenly the tourguide said, "Anybody want to jump down to snorkel? - I dun wan to snorkel but I need to pee."
Hahahha and so he really jumped down! It was so hilarious.
Feeding fishes with bananas and pineapples!
I saw more fishes and we spent some time in the waters before moving off again.
I like this picture.
On the boat.
We were then brought to Monkey Islands to feed monkeys and also to the Viking Cave to see birds nest from afar. Its illegal to go in and the cave is heavily guarded. But we could see from far and the tourguide explained how people collected birds nests for a living.
Then very quickly it was time for lunch! I was hungry becoz all I had for breakfast in the morning was noodle soup. Besides for those who know me, I am always hungry. :p
Lunch was a simple affair consisting of thai style food and western gab like spaghetti and french fries.
Then we took more pictures on the island!
Lastly, we went to James Bond island.
Big waves! We took some pictures, I swam alittle and then fell asleep on the beach. It was great fun and we were so thankful that the skies were clear and the weather, perfect.
We went back to the marina club and the minivan took us back to the hotel. By the time we got back, the sun was setting and the both of us were so exhausted.
I couldnt even move coz I was so tired. But we got back to the villa and decided that it was a waste if we didnt swim!
So Jungle Boy and me jumped into the water just before the sun set. We held hands, he gave me piggy backs in the water and it was sweet. :)
When it became dark.
We were so utterly famished by the end we finished our swim, and so the genius (read= lazy) Jungle Boy decided to call for room service. I decided on the menu and we had the person come in and lay out the table and food.
It was such a sight! I was absolutely in love with the view.
We had a simple lovely dinner by our private pool and it was a great way to end our last night in Phuket. Thinking about it now brings butterflies in my tummy coz it was so simple, yet such a magical way to spend precious time with him. :D
Goodbye all, have to go now. Tags to be replied soon, promise.
It doesnt matter if Jungle Boy is 'too good' for me, or if Im too 'lowly' for him. We do like each other (pretty much..!) and that's all it matters. :)
And thank u for telling me that he is great, coz I know that too! But dun tell him coz later his head get big big u noeeee... :p
And yes.. u all are absolutely correct in saying that I have no class. Coz I dun.
Im quite tomboyish (sibey chor lor) and I fart alot. Not only that, I love eating out at hawker centres and burping after a hearty meal.
I dun fine-dine, dun drink champagne (I like beer) nor do I buy branded bags (anymore!). So ya lor I have no class.
But what to do, life goes on. ;)
p.s Sorry if I offended anyone with my ah bu neh neh remark, should have told everyone that was MY nickname all along.
Aiyo but I will remove if it causes sleepless nights.. coz beauty sleep is very important for us girls! Dun lose sleep over what I post k? Not worth looking like panda. :)
Take care all! God bless.
xoxo elaine
p.p.s I'll post the Phuket Part 3 up soon! I got so many pictures and I need to resize it coz my photohost cant manage, hence the delay! Sorry! :(
p.p.p.s The only thing I wanted to do is to share my joy of my new car, like anybody else in the world. But to suffer from backlash is incredible.
Am I surprised? - Yes I am, coz to me its such a small thing, coz so many couples around me have cars. Am I angry? - Nope. But I do think that I should keep certain good news to myself from now onwards if it makes other people happier. :(
Hey its me again! Im sorry for the blogpost diarrhea, sometimes when I start I cant stop. Then when I stop.. I get alittle lazy!
Hmmmm.. that reminds me of yoga. I use to practise it alot, until I got to know Jungle Boy then slowly but surely I reduced my sessions. Then my Amore membership was over before I knew it, and I never gotten around re-newing it.
Now Im getting alittle flabby (everywhere) and Im thinking of continuing. Anyone interested in joining me? Or have nice cheap recommendations? :D
Phuket Part II
We woke up bright n early for breakfast and it was so lovely, - with the view and fresh air as the whole place is built on the hilltop.
And it being a rather private area, there are hardly anyone everyone (except staff) so u can really eat in peace and enjoy some privacy.
I counted a total of 2 couples while I was there.. no kidding! We literally had the whole restaurant to ourselves.
The breakfast was not buffet style as u would get in a regular hotel, only the continental range is displayed. Hot breakfast have to be ordered ala-carte so u are guaranteed piping hot, freshly prepared eggs (or anything u choose) done ur way.
We went taking pictures (guess who's idea lor..) and then I went back for a quick swim. I lurve swimming... even if there is a puddle of water I will jump in! :p
Then after lazing around deciding wat to do.. we took a shower coz the weather was getting extremely hot! Then we called for the hotel to arrange a limo and get us to PATONG BEACH!
Patong Beach is a beach on Phuket's west coast, and to the town adjoining it. It is the main tourist resort in Phuket. It also contains an important centre of Phuket's nightlife and is the centre of cheap shopping on the island. The beach became popular with western tourists, especially Europeans, in the late 1980s. Numerous large hotels and chain hotels are located in Patong.
It costs 1000baht one way coz we were so far away from civilisation.
No wonder Jungle Boy chose this place.. he hates crowd and he hates shopping! So he was very thrilled with his villa choice, while I suffer from withdrawal symptoms of being in Thailand but not going shopping. Sigh. :(
Nevertheless.. I managed to bluff him into going Patong! (Tell him go there can take nice nice picture lor what else.) Wahahahha!
I likeee that picture coz I look bery happy! :)
Think it was the new hat that I bought the moment we stepped off the car. Heehe.
We strolled by the beach, grabbed some authentic Thai food that were cheap and good! I can drink Tom Yum soup everyday coz I love how fresh the prawns are and how spicy and sour the soup is.
Its like a roller coaster ride for my tongue and I am enthralled by the senses that were provoked by this innocent looking dish. I was sweating buckets by the time we finished the food and it felt very good! :D
Posing with stir-fry chicken.
Walking to Patong.. we decided to go PARASAILING!
Yes... thats me in the air!
I absolutely loved it! The feeling of being in the air and above the waters was so awesome. I couldnt breathe properly coz I was so taken in by the wholesome beauty of nature.
It did made me feel like tearing coz I was so amazed.. imagine feeling the wind on ur face and blue sea underneath ur feet. Mother Nature is such a magnificent thing.
I felt very small! Like I was totally helpless coz I was strapped on so tightly. But very very much in awe.
Then before I knew it, I came back down already!
I wouldnt hesitant doing it again in a heartbeat, I swear. :D
When we went for a drink on the beach..I cant take a proper picture. Haha.
On the beach.
We spent the nite at the Simon's Cabaret but not much pictures coz we took mostly videos there.
Then we went back totally exhausted and slept like a baby. :)
I miss phuket already.
Take care all, church tml morning. *Yawn* Off to bed soon!
Hi guys! Im so sorry but Im back after eating crepes and drinking cuppucino with Jungle Boy. :)
Hee hee, we went out after lunch coz we had to pick up my FREE home garment steamer that I could claim with the points on my credit card. Nothing else to claim go n claim steamer lor. :p
Im bery happy coz I've been comtemplating getting one like since forever, but at $200- Im just afraid it'll turn into a white elephant at home. So imagine how excited I was when I could get one for free. LOL. (Cheapo me.)
Quite fun somemore, esp when Im such a lazy person. Just add water n go! Steam steam steam..! :D
But dun buy it la, not very worth it. Good for delicate cloths n silk dresses, but useless with anything thicker.
Okies tags (finally) replied! Sorry leh.. I is really busy with the car n everything. :(
Had a small problem with the insurance coz Im quite young and my licence is barely 1 half yrs. But never mind, all is well and settled now! :D
Dun wan to make too big a fuss, everyone works just as hard for their living too. BFF tells me that the person is just plain irresponsible but what to do. :/
On happier things!
I do likeeeeee my new ride very much and I feel extremely blessed by God.
To me it is a plunge into deeper waters and crossing our fingers that its not a mistake on our part.
It is a serious commitment between Jungle Boy and me, and we are taking our level of trust a notch higher. Its like our little baby, n Im trying to be gentle with it. Haha!
So I hope everything else goes well and that goes for everyone too! :)
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes. St. Clement of Alexandra
Take care everyone ~ Hugs all round.

p.s Freaking hell have to go on a diet soon coz BFF wedding is barely one month away! Later look like bak chang bery paiseh one. :(

anon: I use an assortment of lashes, but ardell 101 DEMI in black are my favourite.
anon: U are absolutely correct. But I do sincerely hope that everyone who signs on the dotted line mean to keep their word on their marriage vows. Its disheartening to know that the person is thinking how to get out of the marriage even before the ink dries on paper. Marriage is til death does us part, no? :)
gina: Hahahha! Aiya tell u my tummy as round as spare tyre u wun believe me lor. :(

Ok.. bye guys! Off to eat my sashimi (from MeiDi-Ya supermarket.. cheap n fresh!) then read my japanese magazines. Such an expensive guilty pleasure! No more buying next time! ><
p.s But the japanese magazines have really bery bery niceeeee pictures hor!
Leaving u my ultimate favorite best of best korean song. FULL HOUSE.
Its not funny when I have about a thousand pictures from my Phuket trip and I dunno where to start! :(
But it was such a great experience, being away from the city life and having such a blast with Jungle Boy the photographer. He's really into taking pictures, using his videocam and basically acting like a true-blue Singaporean tourist.
Me: Okies I is hungry! *Attempts to dig into food* Him: Waaaaaaait....! Take pictureeeeee!
*Pose pose smile smile* *click..*click..*click!*
Me: Can already anot! I hungry la! Him: Wait arh.. I QC first, my model quite lousy today. Me: *Tries to stab him with fork*
And that went on for the entire time we were there. Irritating, can.
Some peektures from Day 1. :D
When we first got in.
Airport transfer was included when we booked the villa, so happy coz the last thing I like doing is to haggle with taxidrivers on prices at the airport terminal.
It leaves me mentally exhausted and I dun like them sulking just becoz I am not willing to pay 'farang' prices. (Farang means caucasian in thai.)
I am always tempted to ask, "Do I look like carrot to u?" Grr.
Hokies, on to happier things! Er.. me! :)
Flowers for every female guest when u arrive.
Private pool and sundecks. Ooooh.. I like.
Cant resist jumping into the pool.
Living room at night.
Our one bedroom villa which overlooks the sea.
View from the bedroom.
I am absolutely in love with the huge ass walk in toilet with a long vanity table, two sinks (no need to fight while brushing teeth) and a bathtab so big we could both sit in it. Oooooh hang on.. thats the whole idea isnt it. ;)
After a shower and going for dinner.
Drinks at the lounge.
Delicious cocktails.
Dinner at the inhouse restaurant. Am sleepy.
Medium rare Rib eye steak.
Great view.
Jungle Boy and I had a great time talking that night, we didnt want to go anywhere else but just to relax and spend time with each other.
Beside, the villa was literally the best thing there so we just spent the first night taking many pictures, - and laughing and holding hands throughout.
It was so simple, but definately precious.
:)
Back soon with Part II and III of Phuket, guys!
Take care all, love love. Im so sorry for taking such a long time coz I have been so, so busy. :(
God bless.
xoxo elaine
Am totally in love with my new set of wheels! :D Jungle Boy says no more presents for the next ten years...! :(
p.s as u can see I am totally DARK DARK colour now. sob.

your lovely profile goes here
maybe like this:
Hi. my name is _____ and i'm currently residing in _______. I'm about _____ years old and i love to blog.
there's still more about me.. it's for you to find out and for me to know
Im so sorry for the lack of updates coz being on leave has weirdly made me more busy!

Fan: No money to get married... wahhahaha :P
anon: I use an assortment of lashes, but ardell 101 DEMI in black are my favourite.
anon: U are absolutely correct.
JJ: Guess!!! :p
dede: Sure babe, Im @ sugar_sweet7733@yahoo.com

Fan: Thank u! N my skin not very good coz I have super dark eye circles.. :(
anon: Small 2 door car babe! :) But I like it very much coz its quite cute. Keke.
anon: Its called PHUKET PAVILLION and Jungle Boy booked it through his travel agent. It cost ard 900 per pax including Silkair tickets, 4D3N and airport transfer. :)
silver: OMG I miss u! Hehee how is the little prince enzo? Can post more pics of handsome boy anot..! Kekekke n wat happen to ur tagbox in ur blog? I tried to tag but I couldnt find it.. :(
Ok..
p.s as u can see I am totally DARK DARK colour now. sob.
About Me
The shortie with a penchant for drinks, shopping and bags. Does nothing much except to go around irritating other people, - namely her friends who usually put up with all her nonsensical rubbish. She is fond of buying shoes too but realises a wee bit too late that she's not really a caterpillar. Drinks coffee only when she needs to be awake. The word SALE puts her in an incredible mood and she absolutely adores listening singing outloud to the LUSH channel while driving.. much to the annoyance of her long suffering beau, Jungle Boy.

How true.

Take care everyone ~ Hugs all round.

p.s But the japanese magazines have really bery bery niceeeee pictures hor!
