Food Glorious Food in KL

Last week we flew to KL for two nights again :)
We always buy some champagne from DFS but this trip was a special eye-opener coz I did wine tasting while I was there! Its the first wine machine in an airport in the world so go try when u're at Terminal 2!
The wine sommelier on duty, Alvin was so patient with us and introduced many different kinds of wines! We were bedazzled by the expensive champagnes that DFS carried!
Not a good idea to be drunk before the flight I guess
Bottoms up!
We were so early at the airport even after shopping in DFS, so we take a seat at the lounge while the hubs checked his email and I attacked the cheese buffet!
Such an indulgence in the afternoon!
Leaving for KL
Helloooo again, KL!
The iconic Twin Towers
It was close to dinnertime so we dropped off our bags, changed into shorts and out we go!
Walked to Jalan Alor's Wong Ah Wah restaurant for makan. Also known as W.A.W Restaurant, they are situated right at the beginning of the Jalan Alor Street.
Highly recommended by locals and tourists alike, the chicken wings here are apparently most famous along the streets of Jalan Alor.
Yummyyyyy
We ordered a variety of common zi char dishes including 'La La' cooked in chili, hum tang (salted egg) prawns and chicken wings. The portions were alittle dismal, so we added other food orders later in the meal.
Im tooo hungry!
I love my KL Hokkien Mee!
Totally to-die-for
We ordered the 'Choot Choot' - a the chinese version of escargots!
The actual name is a rather glamorous "Periwinkle"! I didnt know it initially too!
Snails for u?
I think this dish can bring to #DinerEnBlanc right? French eat snails too what.
Topping off the evening with a sip of beer!
Shhhh... I bought some pirated DVDs along Jalan Alor ahahahaha!
(But quality sucked big time. Cannot hear properly. Gave up watching Madagascar halfway.LOL)
Love the buzz there!
Too stuffed! If not I sure eat durians by the road~!
No space for Lok Lok too! Bummed.
We went to buy some olives from a local tapas pub.
The hubs love eating olives! (I dunno why. I find them so salty)
Nightcap - a routine in which we all know too well!
Ready, get set .. GO!
Pouring bubbly is very serious business ok?
Good night everyone!
This is Part 1 of KL ... will be back with more!
Hope everyone have a great mid-week :)
Back soon.
xoxoxo

I personally loved the smooth material of the dress (non-sheer) and it was extremely flattering for any body shape. Dress it up with accessories & heels or keep it simple with a pair of flats and a cute bag.
