Neutrogena Deep Clean™ Hydrating Foaming Cleanser
An effective moisture balancing deep cleansing facial cleanser with long-lasting oil control and 2X moisture boost for cleaner, softer, supple skin with every wash.
Why is facial cleansing so important?
Facial cleansers remove residue makeup, daily pollutants, bacteria and debris off of our face. In addition, it’s important to recognize that properly cleansing the skin prepares your skin to absorb products you may put on after. Whats the point of applying expensive moisturizers and serums if your skin is not able to absorb them fully?
Neutrogena Deep Clean™ Hydrating Foaming Cleanser contains water mineral complex that hydrates skin with 2X moisture boost after every wash.
It also provides effective cleaning (99% impurity removal) and hydration that leaves the face looking clean and supple. This happens because of use of special water mineral complex.Water mineral complex consists of the combination of Copper Gluconate; Magnesium Aspartate; Zinc Gluconate and Water all of which are known to improve skin hydration.
Some benefits of :
Copper Peptides
- Its main benefit comes in skin regeneration, making it highly effective in healing wounds and skin lesions. Copper peptides also possess anti-inflammatory qualities, allowing it to treat a wide range of skin irritation. Because of their ability to form collagen and elastin, copper peptides help skin stay firm, soft and flexible, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
Zinc Gluconate
- Zinc supplements may also help heal acne lesions and prevent recurrence of acne. Zinc may act by regulating the activity of oil glands in the skin or by reducing inflammation
Skin background : I have sensitive combination skin with dry patches due to recent trips out at sea. In addition, my T-zone (nose especially) is extremely oily and are prone to blackheads and open pores.
Before

3) Leave skin shine-free

Creamy foamy wash!
Rinse off
Lets do the skin analysis test again!
Wonder how will I score?
Results : (AFTER using Neutrogena Deep Clean™ Hydrating Foaming Cleanser)
WOW!
As the results clearly show (*zero edit) - the skin analysis show that just after one wash, my skin is now hydrated (Moisture rating 5) and soft (Softness rating 5). My oil levels have gone down too, from a rating of 5 to a current 2!
Just after one wash and before any products eg lotion, serum or moisturizer!
Overall Review : The Neutrogena Deep Clean™ Hydrating Foaming Cleanser comes in an easy to use 100g tube that dispenses the cleanser effectively into palms. The light blue color cleanser has a creamy consistency that lathers up to a foamy wash (which I personally really like!) and has a light refreshing scent. Most importantly, this oil-free and non-comedogenic (non-pore clogging) formula did not leave my skin feeling squeaky clean after cleansing. Skin feels smoother and hydrated even before applying other skincare products. In addition, with regular use I find that that my T-zone remains oil-free for a longer period of time.
Retailing at $11.50, the Neutrogena Deep Clean™ Hydrating Foaming Cleanser is a great affordable daily cleanser that suitable for all skin types - especially combination skin like mine.
