[Personal] Today I decide to recuperate at home with baby after going out 2 days in a row! LOLLL! Man.. I tell u how tiring it is to lug everything out PLUS carry my little rice bag at 9kg the whole day. Sibeh chuan. 

[Personal] Howdy y'all! One of my favorite things to do is having all-day breakfast.. Anytime, anywhere! Met up my old schoolfriend for a fun brunch yesterday at PiqueNique with baby-in-tow ~

[Personal] Finally BFFs & I managed to all agree to a common date to come out for lunch coz dunno why we kept having something crop up and postponing lunch/dinner/supper. When we are each juggling with work, family and life in general, Im still thankful to spend some time with the people I've known for almost half of my life, (slightly longer than half in fact!)

[Personal] I think the title says it all LOL! So last night we had a small gathering for suckling pig! Years ago we did the same but we were all in Hongkong~~ fast forward to 3 years later, with babies now so we can't just drop everything and go on holiday anymore so we just have to settle for dinner locally I guess! Haa!

[Personal] Last night we had a nice dinner with close friends at Lawry's. Although we were having second thoughts about bringing baby to an all-adult dinner, we're thankful that the hosts were very insistent that we include Elroy. Glad to say that baby was super well-behaved the whole time, though I attribute his good behaviour to baby-wearing! (Life-saver, I tell u this Tula.) 

[Personal + Event Launch] Wei hello! Baby is sleeping soundly so I thought I better update before I get busy entertaining him again! Btw how to entertain 4 month old babies ah! Now Im quite li hai in making monkey faces and singing silly songs that I kinda just make up as I go along coz my nursery rhymes still suck. But I scare to cause my son irreversible ear damage by singing la. Hohoho~ On ipad later he become ipad addict. Sometimes I switch on youtube but face the screen the other way so baby heard music but cannot watch the video lol.

[Personal] I look forward to weekends where I get to spend lotsa time with hubby and baby! Last Sunday we (tried) to attend church with baby-in-tow again! Despite our small incident with s**t last week, I am determined to sit in for another service again! Haha! 

[Personal] "Another baby fair???" My hubby lamented when I told him, (told, not ask lol) that that's where we will be spending our Friday morning.

[Personal] Actually I typed out a long ass entry last night only to have the stupid app (I blog from my hp nowadays) crash and burn on me. Anyways yesterday was Sunday and what a crazy busy day it was! I woke up bright and early to prep myself and baby for his first visit to church! Save for his Baby Dedication service, it was his first time attending church. I even prepared our outfits the night before k! Lol so everything kinda started smoothly, baby seemed to be in a happy mood, the weather was good, we arrived (quite, haha) early for service and took a seat at the allocated parent/baby section for the first time. Very exciting. It felt good to be back to our Sunday routine and attending church once again post-delivery. Baby was being a good boy, he was curious and looking around. It seemed that he was dozing off in his baby carrier. Great. The baby boy behind me was making noises, the cute little girl next to us was smiling. All seem well and uneventful. Or so I thought. 15 minutes into the service and I barely swallowed my Holy communion when suddenly I heard the loudest POOP explosion that I have ever heard in church. Then I realized it actually came from MY BABY. Husband at looked me in the eye, I looked at baby in the eye. Baby look blur (normal.) Instinctively, I swept my hands across my Tula and felt an instant wetness that set alarm bells ringing off in my head. Immediately I turned to Hubby and mouth-ed "IS THAT POO." To which he stared at me wide-eye, and with a look of horror he replied "FUCK YES." And before you can say S-H-I-T, there was two adults who grabbed a baby and ran out of the service - only to never return. *Insert crying emoji* Baby exploded all over his new shirt, (it flew up) and into my WC Tula (new). Also, we must have used up half a pack of wet wipes that morning. Had to head home to bath the poo boy and lets just say we had alot of laundry to do. 

[Personal] Yesterday was baby brunch with my girlfriends! We met up at Mandarin Gallery for some all-day breakfast sets and coffee (Ahhhh i miss u coffeeeee) 

[Personal] Finally a day out with my girls and trying to resume life as normal as possible post-baby! Having a baby changed my routine and especially because Im a SAHM (Stay at home mum) - my schedule perpentually revolve around baby as I have no extra help, save for the occasional 15-20 min break I get when family members carry Elroy and try to entertain him while I go take a dump or something ahahha TMI. (Too much info) Back to food shall we!!! LOLOLL

[Personal] Having a baby has opened my eyes up to a whole new world of children parties, game planning, pretty fondant cakes and present buying! Before I had Elroy, I seriously never put much thought to birthday parties. All my parties just involved alcohol. The more, the merrier. When I was into my last trimester with baby, I planned his full month party while waiting for him to pop. Very quite kiasu people say, but it was almost effortless coz I sourced everything early and did a fair bit of research and gave proper instructions to vendors so everything went rather smoothly on the day itself. I wished I've known this when I was planning my wedding LOL! And now with baby Elroy.. I get to attend all my friend's awesome children parties that they were too paiseh to invite me to in the past~ haha!
